After having worked for more than 10 years in the Bakery Industry and then having been part of the Pre-opening as a Head Baker of The French Bastards Paris, working for some M.O.F Baker and aswell as head Baker of the Mandarin Oriental Doha. Besides, I am providing consultancy by developing concepts, menus and recipes in the most efficient way. And last but not least, I also enjoy doing Masterclasses , demonstrations and hands-on-classes around the world. My job is my passion, sharing it with others is very important to me.
